**Job Summary**:
The Project Coordinator for Commercial Kitchen Projects will be responsible for overseeing the entire installation process of commercial kitchen equipment and fabricated items. This role involves conducting site inspections, measuring and verifying site dimensions, ensuring alignment with CAD drawings, and suggesting necessary civil changes. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for managing the smooth installation of all equipment, coordinating with contractors, and staying on-site to oversee the project from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Inspections & Measurements**:

- Conduct site inspections to evaluate the readiness of the site.
- Measure and verify site dimensions to ensure compliance with CAD drawings.
- Identify any discrepancies between the site and the drawings and suggest necessary adjustments.
- **CAD Drawing Compliance**:

- Ensure the site is developed in accordance with CAD drawings.
- Collaborate with the design team to address any on-site issues that may affect the installation process.
- Recommend civil changes to accommodate CAD drawings, ensuring that all installations are practical and feasible.
- **Installation Oversight**:

- Supervise the installation of commercial kitchen equipment and fabricated items.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient installation.
- Stay on-site throughout the installation process to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all installed equipment meets quality and safety standards.
- Conduct inspections to verify that all work is performed to specification.
- Address and resolve any issues related to the installation process to ensure a smooth and successful project outcome.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of site inspections, measurements, and any modifications made.
- Report progress, challenges, and any on-site changes to the Project Manager.
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and accurately reflects the on-site conditions.
- **Client & Stakeholder Communication**:

- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, timelines, and any concerns effectively.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and expectations throughout the project.
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be willing to travel to various sites as required.
- Ability to work in a construction environment, including being on-site for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours to meet project deadlines.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, particularly in commercial kitchen or related construction projects.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in reading and interpreting CAD drawings.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and installation processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay on-site as required.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
