**Job Title: Resident Architect**

**Job** **Summary**:
Levonor is a premium property development company in Hyderabad with years of experience in construction. Preserving its reputation from prior projects, Levonor is coming up with ambitious projects with contemporary outlook. Aiming for high quality and reliability, Levonor is currently looking for talented and dynamic team to expand its footprint in real estate market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the principal architect to understand design concepts and project requirements.
- Coordinate and manage architectural design projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct site visits to assess construction progress, resolve design-related issues, and provide guidance to contractors and construction teams.
- Coordinate with external consultants, such as structural engineers and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) professionals, to integrate their design requirements into the overall architectural design.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to source materials, obtain cost estimates, and evaluate alternative construction methods.
- Monitor construction budgets and timelines, and report any deviations to the principal architect and project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings and maintain effective communication with the principal architect, project team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and other team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in construction technology, and regulatory changes relevant to the architectural field.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience working as an architect, preferably in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the principal architect, project team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to travel and conduct site visits as required.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
- Membership in a relevant professional organization or association is desirable.
