- Roles and Responsibility - Overall, 10 to 13 year's experience with ACSM / Safe certified, worked as Scrum Master for last 3 years-
- Should be able to do the project planning resource planning, experience of creating WBS, resource leveling and estimation techniquesShould be able to track the progress of project and resolve any impediments that would affect the progress of the project workShould be able to create & manage various project reports like based on effort, schedule from the tool and present to management using Jira/TFS toolsWork closely with BAs and Architects to develop a high-level understanding of scope and feasibility of technical solutions and influencing them in the right directionShould have hands-on in defining the process for both Kanban and Scrum in JIRA or any other tool and be able to train the team and manage the defined processEagerness to Understand client business requirements and ensure that the delivery from offshore meet all business needsStatus Reporting and presenting the dashboard reports to all stake holders using JIRA, MS Azure DevOps/TFS toolsAble to set measurable KPIs, Project related metrices and track & report them to Customer/management.Manage and Escalate issues, Risks, and communicate decisions to all stakeholders as necessary and be the point of escalation for any project, conflicts that have the potential to be severely detrimental to team/customer/companyShould be able to drive & manage distributed global teams both at Offshore and Customer location.Anchoring delivery Review meetings with Client Managers- Good to HaveSAFE certification, Knowledge of PMP practicesGood to have Insurance domain knowledgeAddon technical knowledge on.Net, AWS, Salesforce, etc. is good to have.Have a complete insight into the engagement and delivery from offshore.Responsible for building cross-cultural relationships and influence internal and external levels of the organization to resolve cross-cultural conflict in an appropriate manner"
