Key Responsibilities:
Sales Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and target markets within the assigned territory. Actively seek new leads and opportunities to approach potential customers.

Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to understand their needs and present the company's products or services effectively. Build rapport with clients and maintain long-lasting relationships.

Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and engaging sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's products or services. Address any queries or concerns raised by clients.

Sales Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities and revenue generation.

Territory Management: Effectively manage the assigned territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and identification of potential customers. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with potential clients to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.

Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with the company's products or services. Use feedback to improve customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Sales Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and provide necessary support to achieve overall sales objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a field-based role.
- Sound knowledge of the products or services being offered.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Time management and organizational skills to effectively manage sales activities and follow-up with clients.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
