Front Office Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our hotel. You will be responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to guests, handling their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Your primary goal will be to exceed guest expectations and create a positive impression of our hotel.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Reception**: Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- **Reservation Management**: Handle guest reservations, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure all reservations are accurately recorded in the system.
- **Guest Services**: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative duties, such as maintaining guest records, handling cash transactions, and preparing daily reports.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during a guest's stay, striving to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- **Quality Assurance**: Uphold the hotel's standards of service excellence and cleanliness at all times. Conduct regular inspections of the lobby area to ensure it is tidy and well-maintained.
- **Safety and Security**: Adhere to hotel security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
