**Job description**

Hi, there is an Urgent Requirement for the post of **Academic Counselo**r (female only) at PUJA EDUCATIONAL & WELFARE TRUST (Muzaffarpur
- Branch office).

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handling the **admissions** starting from inquiry to counseling till enrollment.
- Interaction with parents and students.
- Handling the front office and counseling the students.
- : Monitoring and evaluating all the admission-related reports as under
- Admissions Status Report
- Admissions Projection Report for the next month
- ERP Reports
- Report of Drop Outs/ Drop out Processing.
- Various Track Sheets
- IVR Calling Reports

**Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate**
- Growth Prospect: This year we have provided a 20% increase in salary in appraisal to even new employees’ on assessment of their work that joined only three months ago.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
