**Student Advisor Job description and sets of skills required: -**

1. Counsel students with their best knowledge as per the industry.

2. Generate potential leads and convert them into Walk-ins.

3. Self-starter and ability to execute high velocity closures

4. Doing calling on leads given for final admissions and give maximum closures through the leads.

5. Ability to work in low supervision but high ownership environment

6. Should know the local language of the respective states.

7. Meeting weekly and monthly targets.

1. Experience: 0 to 1 Year

2. Education: Graduate and Undergraduates.

3. Inherent ability to have engaging conversations

4. Excellent listening skills

5. Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills

6. Genuine interest in helping people succeed.

Understanding of Education Sector (Coaching/ Test Prep Center/ School is a big plus.
