**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Job Role.
- Responsibilities Possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting and team building skills with proven ability in establishing quality systems/ procedures and planning/ managing resources.- Analyze marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.- Responsible for achieved business targets assigned to the Zone.- Responsible for repayment of portfolio of customers under Regional manager leadership in his regions.- Planning and execution of expansion in the allocated geography area in the state.- Maintain event-related documentation files in a well-organised system to provide help for the efficient management of programs.- Monitoring field Staff sand training of the staffs at the regular interval of time. Build a professional team of regional managers and grooming them. Evaluating internal control systems to highlight the shortcomings and implementing recommendations.- Build and maintain excellent working relationships across the support team, technical team and corporate team.All Zonal team members (ZHR,ZTM,ZQH,- Responsible for fare performance management of the team.- Responsibilities of handling all the legal and external affairs of the Zone. Conducting audits to evaluate internal control systems procedures, preparing audit reports. Conducting of investigation and reporting carried out timely on all cases referred by customer grievance team Zonal processing centres and reporting to management. Conducting of periodic audits in Regional Must Parameter Portfolio Management Training Delivery Cash Management Process Discipline- Role:_Regional Manager
