Assist executives with daily administrative tasks including managing schedules, booking appointments, and arranging meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested by executives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Oversee general office management tasks like coordinating repairs, managing office space, and ensuring a clean and productive work environment.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and office building management.
- Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including managing conference rooms and related logistics.
- Arrange domestic and international travel for executives, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Ensure all necessary travel documents are prepared and organized.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other special functions as directed.
- Work with external vendors and suppliers to arrange catering, venue logistics, and materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, contracts, and other business documents.
- Assist in creating and updating organizational policies and procedures.
- Assist executives with special projects, research, and data analysis.
- Support in tracking the progress of projects and ensuring timelines are met.
- Support HR-related tasks such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in maintaining records of employee attendance, leaves, and performance reviews.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash reconciliation.
- Assist with budgeting, tracking office expenses, and ensuring payments to vendors and service providers are made on time.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
