If so, Bel à Vous, a renowned and rapidly growing clothing brand, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Brand Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
Shipment Handling and Labeling: Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Prepare and attach shipping labels, ensuring proper documentation for each package.
Collaborate with our shipping partners, such as Shiprocket, to coordinate smooth and efficient deliveries.

Logistics Management: Monitor shipment tracking to ensure timely delivery to clients.
Proactively address any potential delays or issues in the shipping process.
Work with the warehouse team to maintain inventory levels and optimize logistics operations.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and resolving any concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Bel à Vous's product offerings and assist customers with customized order requirements.

Order Customization: Collaborate with the production and design team to understand specific customer requests for customized orders.
Ensure accurate implementation of customizations, ensuring customer satisfaction with the final product.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or customer service roles within the fashion or retail industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with logistics software and tools, including Shiprocket, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail to handle shipments and labels accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide top-notch customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address any shipment or order-related issues promptly.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of fashion and clothing trends is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
