We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CA Teacher to join our team at RMS. As a CA Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality education and mentorship to aspiring CA Intermediate students, helping them succeed in their academic and professional endeavours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive lessons in accordance with the CA curriculum, tailored to the learning needs of students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to enhance the learning experience and accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Provide clear explanations of complex accounting concepts and principles, ensuring students grasp fundamental concepts effectively.
- Create and administer assessments, assignments, and exams to evaluate student progress and understanding of the material.
- Offer individualized support and guidance to students, addressing their questions and concerns to ensure their academic success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and advancements in financial practices to incorporate relevant and current content into teaching.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, teaching techniques, and overall educational experience.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and maintain a strong grasp of evolving accounting practices.
- Mentor and advise students on career paths, exam preparation, and professional development within the accounting field.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience, whether in a classroom setting or as a private tutor, is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex concepts and build rapport with students.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in nurturing students' growth and success.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes, including virtual learning platforms and multimedia tools.
- Organizational skills to manage lesson plans, assessments, and student records effectively.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and academic backgrounds.
