**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging lectures, presentations, and discussions that convey complex commerce concepts to undergraduate students.
- Develop well-structured syllabus, lesson plans, and teaching materials that align with curriculum objectives.
- Utilize diverse teaching methods, including case studies, group projects, and multimedia resources, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Create and administer fair assessments, including quizzes, exams, assignments, and projects, and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in the commerce field to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share innovative teaching strategies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, grades, and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Commerce or a related field (minimum CA Inter qualified preferred).
- Proficiency in using various teaching technologies and methodologies.
- Organizational skills to manage course materials, assessments, and administrative tasks.
- Student-centered approach to education and dedication to student success.

**Salary**: ₹10,500.00 - ₹60,500.00 per month
