**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service Excellence**:

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their assigned tables, ensuring they are comfortable and satisfied.
- Introduce the team and explain the menu offerings, including daily specials and wine pairings.
- Manage and oversee the dining experience to ensure that guests are attended to promptly and their needs are met.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring issues are resolved in a professional manner to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations for food and beverage choices.
- Ensure a seamless dining experience, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to maintain the flow of service.
- **Team Leadership and Supervision**:

- Supervise, guide, and support the front-of-house team, including servers, bussers, and hosts, ensuring service standards are met.
- Provide hands-on training and development for staff, demonstrating proper service techniques and etiquette.
- Coordinate the rotation of tables and ensure staff are properly assigned to sections based on the needs of the restaurant.
- Lead by example, providing exceptional service and maintaining a positive, professional attitude throughout service.
- Monitor service progress and adjust as needed to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and guests have an exceptional experience.
- **Service Flow Management**:

- Oversee the timing of food and drink orders to ensure they are delivered promptly and in the correct order.
- Work closely with the kitchen to communicate guest preferences and dietary restrictions, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate the serving of courses, ensuring appropriate timing between each dish and a consistent pace of service.
- Ensure that tables are cleared and reset in a timely manner, maintaining the flow of service.
- **Wine and Beverage Knowledge**:

- Assist guests with selecting wine and beverages that complement their meal, offering expert recommendations based on the menu and individual preferences.
- Ensure that all beverages are served according to the restaurant’s standards and in an engaging manner.
- Maintain awareness of the bar and wine list to ensure guests have a full understanding of offerings.
- **Quality Control and Restaurant Standards**:

- Ensure that the restaurant's cleanliness, ambiance, and overall appearance meet the highest standards.
- Monitor the condition of the dining area, ensuring that tables, chairs, and linens are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Ensure that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations, particularly related to food safety and alcohol service.
- Communicate feedback to management on areas for improvement, whether related to staff performance, food quality, or guest experience.
- **Administrative and Operational Duties**:

- Manage guest reservations, including handling special requests and ensuring efficient seating arrangements.
- Assist in managing the restaurant’s opening and closing procedures, including overseeing inventory levels, supplies, and stock rotation.
- Assist with the development of the daily floor plan, ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are covered efficiently.
- Complete any necessary reports or logs at the end of the shift, including guest feedback and inventory tracking.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure guest orders are prepared and delivered promptly and accurately.
- Act as the point of contact for the floor staff, resolving any issues or concerns quickly to prevent service delays.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide feedback on restaurant operations and suggest improvements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
