We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven **B2B Sales Executive** to join our growing sales team. The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting partnerships with clients.

**Experience**:1-3 years

**Location**: Borivali (East)

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients, highlighting their value proposition and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the company and clients.
- Monitor market dynamics and customer needs to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to the sales manager.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's network and visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Executive or similar role in a related industry.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong self-motivation.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and business events.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
