**Job Title**: Accountant & Admin

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting**:

- Manage all aspects of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data protection policies.

**Administration**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other activities.
- Manage office facilities and equipment, including maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Handle petty cash and expense reimbursement processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and work collaboratively with team members.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
