**Job Title: Customer Care Executive**

**Position Summary**:As a Customer Care Executive at TLC DigiTech, you will be an integral part of our customer-centric approach, ensuring the seamless delivery of support services across various communication channels. You will contribute to our mission of providing top-notch customer experiences within the travel and hospitality domain.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Utilize integrated platforms to provide comprehensive support across channels.
**Issue Resolution**:Investigate and resolve customer issues or concerns efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Product/Service Knowledge**:Stay informed about TLC DigiTech's tech products and services, with a focus on CRM, Salesforce, Heroku, MuleSoft, Adobe stacks, and Ionic hybrid platforms.
Provide guidance on product usage and troubleshoot technical issues.
**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Generate reports on customer feedback, common issues, and resolutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce), digital tools (Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, Target, Adobe Campaign), and hybrid platforms (Ionic).
- Previous experience in customer service within the tech or travel industry is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
**Salary**:
- Monthly salary in the range of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000.
**Work Location**:
- Jasola Apollo, Delhi.
