**Company Description**
Stylestry Ventures is a unique platform that combines ecommerce, multilevel marketing, and influencer marketing. It allows Instagram creators to easily create their own online stores and sell products through them, earning commissions on sales made. Creators can also refer other influencers to join Stylestry, creating a network of creators who support and benefit from each other's success.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at Stylestry Ventures located in New Delhi. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing support to customers through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to sales growth. The Customer Care Executive will also handle customer escalations and investigate customer complaints.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent customer support and customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen and understand customer needs and concerns
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Ability to handle customer escalations and complaints in a professional manner
- Positive and solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
- Experience in ecommerce or multilevel marketing is a plus
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
