**Immediate Job responsibilities**:
- Should be good at managing administrative activities involving housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, stationery, and accommodation booking etc.
- Identify administration related vendors, getting the quotations, meeting the vendors, making proposals, making purchase requisitions, contracts etc.
- Responsible to arrange and manage House-Keeping, Stationary, Guest House and Security Services Good in handling statutory compliance.
- Maintaining office infrastructure and facilities, company guest house, managing repairs, maintenance, appliances, vehicles, AMC's etc.
- Manage assets and do the audit every week and ready to work in flexible timing.
- Coordinate for the requirements of new employees on - guest house booking, business cards, access cards, information etc.
- Monitor and Control daily security, housekeeping and transport services. Assisting in hotel and travel booking, coordinating with travel agencies.
Planning and preparing monthly MIS of admin facilities reports pertaining to the project, managing departmental related concerns.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
