**JOB DESCRIPTION-Personal Secretary for Real Estate**

- Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls.
- Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Preparing real estate forms and documents.
- Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback.
- Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials.
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
- Preparing listing materials and posting property listings.
- Managing a client database and preparing reports.
- Assisting with closing processes.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Run and execute day-to-day activities of a real estate business unit.
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries and needs.
- Handle and process customer needs and requirements relating to real estate deals.
- Interact with clients, owners, tenants and lessees and handle their requests and needs.
- Assist and support real estate attorney in handling litigation cases.
- Prepare drafts, agreements, leases and other related documents.
- Assist and support administrative staff in processing customer requests.
- Interact, plan and schedule meetings and conferences between tenants, owners, communities, project developers and attorneys.
- Maintain and manage all databases relating the real estate functions and activities.
- Ensure compliance of all laws, local, state and federal laws relating to real estate transactions.
- Execute personal assistant functions to a real estate manager.
- Handle, screen and redirect calls to the appropriate real estate personnel.
- Coordinate with insurance and legal departments.
- Schedule and organize appointments and meetings between customers and real estate personnel.
- Prepare and verify all documents relating to real estate deals.
- Draft rental agreements, lease documents and sale deeds.
- Answer customer inquiries relating to real estate deals and titles.
- Maintain and manage real estate database of customers.
- Monitor and manage real estate deals and payments.
- Ensure compliance of real estate policies, guidelines and laws.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Real estate: 3 years (preferred)
