- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Manage property auctions or exchanges
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Dealing with tenants for monthly rent and upgrade rent agreements on dated.
- Co-ordinate with dealer Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls.
- Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Preparing real estate forms and documents.
- Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback.
- Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials.
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
- Preparing listing materials and posting property listings.
- Managing a client database and preparing reports.
- Assisting with closing processes.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Run and execute day-to-day activities of a real estate business unit.
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries and needs.
- Interact with clients, owners, tenants and lessees and handle their requests and needs.
- Assist and support real estate attorney in handling litigation cases.
- Prepare drafts, agreements, leases and other related documents.
- Assist and support administrative staff in processing customer requests.
- Interact, plan and schedule meetings and conferences between tenants, owners, communities, project developers and attorneys.
- Maintain and manage all databases relating the real estate functions and activities.
- Ensure compliance of all laws, local, state and federal laws relating to real estate transactions.
- Execute personal assistant functions to a real estate manager.
- Prepare and verify all documents relating to real estate deals.
- Draft rental agreements, lease documents and sale deeds.
- Monitor and manage real estate deals and payments.
- Ensure compliance of real estate policies, guidelines and laws.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
