Overview about us:
We provide the full range of IP legal and consultancy services, both contentious and non-contentious. We advise on, and act in relation to, IP management and commercial IP issues, including acquisition and disposal, licensing and the drafting of all forms of IP documentation; and IP enforcement issues, including infringement and unfair competition actions. Our patent, design, copyright and trade mark agencies handle the protection, maintenance and renewal of IP rights. Our investigation division provides IP investigation services, supporting both our commercial and enforcement work.
Our niche is on provision of practical and cost-effective solutions to protect our clients' IP rights.
***Key responsibilities:
- **
- should have a PQE o **f 5-7 years in handling trademarks searches, opposition, drafting evidence of the opposition stages, attending hearing before the TM Registry **and the ROC office, knowledge of INDRP/ UDRP procedure, ROC complaint related matters, cancellation/ rectification actions both at the Registry and IPD of High Courts;
- will be responsible for day-to-day task with legal cases, client management, providing legal advice and opinion, drafting and reviewing, research related works and business development; and
- should be able to multitask, possess excellent communication skills, good interpersonal and leadership skills and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in India.
