**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the operations manager to develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to established processes and standards.
- Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and seamless workflow.
- Assist in the development and execution of operational plans to achieve company goals.
- Participate in the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational activities and performance metrics.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they understand operational processes.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to manage procurement and supply chain activities.
- Collaborate with the finance department to monitor budgetary constraints and cost control measures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in project management and the implementation of new initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in all operational activities.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the operations team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in operations or a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of operational processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across departments.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in all work.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, and logistics is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
