**Job Title: Tour and Travel Executive**

**Location: Bhopal**

As a Travel Agent - Holiday Package Designer, you will play a vital role in creating tailor-made travel experiences that leave a lasting impression on our clients. You will collaborate with travelers to understand their interests and preferences and design comprehensive holiday packages that encompass their specific needs. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual who can bring their expertise and passion for travel to curate memorable journeys.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
- Design bespoke holiday packages that include transportation, accommodation, activities, and sightseeing.
- Research and select appropriate travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences based on client requirements.
- Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure the best rates and deals for clients.
- Present itineraries to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination-specific information.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of travel plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and bookings.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of Proven experience as a Travel Executive or a similar role, with a focus on designing holiday packages.
- Bachelors degree or certificate in tourism
- In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations, resorts, and activities.
- Strong understanding of the travel industry, including airline, hotel, and tour operator operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

**Salary: 15000 to 22000 per month**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
