**Adidvara digital platform**

**Brief Introduction of the Adidvara Digital platform **- The Adidvara platform is like a marketplace ecosystem that brings together disability service and product providers on one side, and the beneficiaries (people with disabilities) on the other side. The intent is to help beneficiaries enhance their skills via learning, find jobs (Livelihood) and improve their daily living.

The platform is being rolled out by partnering with key agencies (Example - Government of Karnataka for the livelihood use case, a premier speech and hearing college for enabling skill development). A basic extensible technology framework is ready. The framework is expanded for the use case, providers and beneficiaries are onboarded and the use case is operationalized.

We are looking for a technology intern who can assist our existing staff in providing technical excellence to design, develop and maintain state-of-the-art technology platforms by utilising technologies such as MySQL, Java, CSS,.NET, HTML and Web services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be involved in product prioritization along with leadership to have clarity on features and timelines.
- Work on scoping new features or changes - wireframes, data, business features.
- Understand data and define/implement appropriate data integration together with the technology outsourced provider
- Engage with users and develop appropriate usability and user insight viewpoints that can be fed into product and feature development/changes.
- Help drive the creation and execution of innovative product concepts with designers, tech team, and internal stakeholders
- Drive usability testing, measure and report results and define areas for constant enhancement and optimization for the end-to-end user experience
- Validate new product enhancements to ensure it aligns with product requirements and usability goals
- Understand how to generate simple reports from the system
- Maintain the appropriate records/documentation

**Requirements**:
1. Proven working experience in web programming

2. Top-notch programming skillsand in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS, MySQL, JavaScript

3. Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages (Frontend):HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery

4. Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages (Backend): PHP, Python

5. Frameworks: WordPress, Odoo, OWL Framework

6. Education Qualification - B Tech/BE (IT or computer science) - 1 years of experience in web development

9. Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools

10. Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process

11. Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills

12. Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen

13. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
