**Supply Chain Management**: Oversee the procurement of food and beverage supplies, negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and ensure timely delivery of fresh and high-quality ingredients.

**Cost Control and Budgeting**: Develop and manage budgets for the food and beverage department. Implement cost-control measures to optimize expenses while maintaining quality.

**Staffing and Training**: Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel. Foster a positive work environment and encourage professional development.

**Customer Service**: Focus on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Health and Safety Compliance**: Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food and beverages.

**Event Management**: Oversee the planning and execution of special events.

**Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize wastage through proper inventory control practices.

**Vendor Relationships**: Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.

**Compliance and Regulations**: Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations, licenses, and permits related to food and beverage operations.

**Market Research**: Keep abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

**Financial Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on food and beverage performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, for management review.

Educational qualification:

- Hotel Management ( compulsory).

Total experience:

- minimum 5 years

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
