**Job Description**:
As a Reservation Executive in a 5-star hotel, your primary responsibility will be to handle guest reservations and inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient handling of booking processes. Your role will involve providing accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities to guests, travel agents, and corporate clients. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall guest satisfaction and revenue generation of the hotel.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Reservation Management:

- Provide accurate and detailed information about room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services.
- Process reservation requests, ensuring accuracy of guest information, stay dates, room types, and special requests.
- Utilize the hotel's reservation system or property management system (PMS) to create, modify, and cancel reservations.

2. Guest Service and Communication:

- Offer personalized and professional customer service, assisting guests with their inquiries, special requests, and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure proper handling of guest preferences, room assignments, and special requests.

3. Revenue Management and Upselling:

- Promote room upgrades, add-on services, and amenities to guests to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor room availability and rates, suggesting alternative dates or room types to guests when necessary.

4. Group Reservations and Contracts:

- Handle group reservations and inquiries, coordinating with the Sales and Events teams to ensure seamless group bookings.
- Prepare contracts, group rooming lists, and other relevant documentation in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintain clear communication with group organizers, updating them on reservation status, room blocks, and any changes or updates.

5. Administrative Tasks and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, guest information, and special requests in the reservation system.
- Prepare reports, such as daily arrivals, occupancy, and revenue reports, for management review.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence related to reservations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a reservations or guest service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with reservation systems, property management systems (PMS), and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and guest information.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
