**Insurance Assistant Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and issuance of insurance policies.
- Process claims and maintain claim records.
- Respond to customer queries and provide general insurance information.
- Maintain and update client files and insurance databases.
- Coordinate communication between clients and insurance providers.
- Help with policy renewals and cancellations.
- Assist in managing insurance paperwork and documentation.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

**Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.
- Coordinate campaigns to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Organize and support community outreach programs, health seminars, and hospital events.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work with doctors, nurses, and hospital departments to understand services and create targeted marketing efforts.
- Track and report on marketing budgets and expenses.
- Support public relations efforts to enhance the hospital’s reputation in the community.
