**Key areas of responsibility**: Manager Revenue Controller

Manages end to end Revenue recognition for the Market.

**This includes**:

- Weekly Review with CPM and Sales Team on Project status for Project Orders and Channel off-take for Channel Orders.
- Review Installation Report and necessary allied activities (CS Confirmation, Sample Customer Validatie etc) to ensure compliant revenue recognition.
- Review Sales Order at line items to check delivery and open SO Level item.
- Travel to customer sites closer to installation to validate Project Completion status

**Manage effective revenue financial management.**
- Closely work with Global Accounting to ensure Revenue Recognition based on Philips Accounting Manuals.
- Review Revenue Related B/Sheet items such as Deferred Revenue, Inventory (CWIP, Free Stock etc) and Project Accruals.
- Supporting Finance Business Partners with BU Level Revenue Reonciliation (SAP vs PMA)

**Ensure a strong and efficient internal control environment.**
- Work with Business and Process owners on ICS and SOX Checks.
- Works closely with Finance Business Partners for Project Accounting for assessment of deviations in result vs plan.
- Works closely with Projects and Supply Chain to establish process improvement initiative for an efficient revenue recognition framework.
- Work with CPM on IT enabled tools for monitoring live project status.
- Work on Target deployment for CPM Team and monitoring performance of LV vs Actual and identify RCA for delays.
- To own and manage the strategic & operational (business/financial) planning process and performance management with the relevant organization and drive for the delivery of the committed results

**Prerequisites**
- Typically requires a minimum of 3-4 years of work experience and a professional degree in Finance - CA/MBA
- Travel required to Installation site for 2-3 Days during a month.
- Balanced financial experience, including FP&A, Accounting, IFRS, and knowledge of internal controls
- Experience in SAP is a must for this role.
- Progressive experience in business and management roles and ability to understand process gaps and suggest corrective actions.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
