Project Execution:

- 1. Roll out construction by defining teams role and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and compliances; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.

2. Tracking new vendor(s).

3. Scheduling the complete site lifecycle.

4. Managing the budget and client interest.

5. Resolve client observations.

6. Tracking updates of other sites and supporting other sites, as secondary backup, whenever needed.

7. Tracking work, material, and vendors deployed at sites.

8. Helping create a positive buzz in related circles regarding Essentia brand name.

10. Defining goals for people, process and systems to drive better customer experience and efficiency.
11. Needs to handle the induction program, refresher training and any other training in the scope.

Budgetary Control:

- 1. Preparing of BOQ.

2. Monitoring Project expenditure, identifying variance,

3. Take corrective action

Schedule Management:

- Monitoring and ensuring activity flow as per schedule and performance against pre-determined parameters

**1. Client Relationship**

a. Organize client visits.

b. Project Leads of any bottlenecks

c. Prepare BOQ and get client approval.

d. Process BOQ and update as required.

e. Visit with clients for all purchase to recommending the preferred choices.

f. Ensure enough funds for the work to continue at site.**2. Team Co-ordination. **Continuous coordination with
- a. Design room

b. Purchase department

c. Vendor department

d. Supervision department

e. Account department

f. Client and client’s representatives

g. Management of Manpower requirement

3. **Daily sites updates. **Daily **u**pdate from the supervisor and visit the site at least once in a day or 2-3 days in a week

4. **Site Management**

a. Full knowledge about the site

b. Prepare execution for all upcoming activities at least 1-2 weeks prior in order to avoid delays

c. Understand the scope of work and brief the team of activity chart.

d. Ensure all required material is available at the site.

e. Check all drawings and working.

f. Ensure activity charts are followed and site is running smoothly on time.

g. Coordination with neighboring sites and CRMs

h. Site security in all respects

i. Control of all personnel detailed at the sight

j. Know the artisan team members.

k. Prepare ‘Hand Over’ of site.

Qualification

Graduation in Interior Design / Architecture from a reputed organisation
