**Responsibilities**:

- As the PR Executive, you will be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating services as needed.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain rapport.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Stay informed about industry trends and client needs to anticipate opportunities and challenges.

**Requirements**:
To thrive in this role, you should have:

- 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management or a related field, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- A passion for understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.
