Position: Real Estate Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate property transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels.
- Showcase properties and negotiate sales agreements.
- Coordinate property viewings and inspections.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain client and property databases.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in real estate.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market.
- Familiarity with CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,640.15 - ₹30,000.00 per month
