**Job Description for Social media Executive**

Timing: 9:30 Am to 6:30 PM

No of Opening: 2

**Responsibility and Duties:

- **
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Scheduling posts/videos on social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and YouTube)
- Develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC
- Creating social media accounts and increasing the captive audience numbers
- Drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services
- Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
- Improve social media presence of the company
- Measure and report performance of digital campaigns
- Working on online reputation management
- Working on influencer marketing.
- Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc).
- Stay current with social media trends and tools - includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.
- Continue to refine and define our social marketing process.
- Work with teams to create a solid branding message that’s reflected across
- marketing materials, social media content and shared by employees
- Implement innovative digital marketing strategies and campaigns
- Measure and report performance of digital campaigns
- Improve social media presence of the company
- Identify trends and optimise spends based on insights
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, create, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
