- Have strong experience in designing and implementing medallion Datalake architecture
- Strong experience in handling PII data and legal regulations
- Having experience in Data governance and Data Modelling
- Very strong optimization experience with Py-spark/data-bricks and SQL
- Hands on exp in data security and compliance
- Good experience in any cloud architecture

**Secondary Skills:

- Very good communication and interpersonal skill.

**Roles & Resonsibilities:

- **
- ** Data Modeling**: Developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models that align with business requirements and ensure data integrity, consistency, and efficiency.
- ** Database Design**: Designing and implementing database solutions that meet the organizations needs, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
- ** Data Governance**: Establishing and enforcing data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- ** Data Security**: Implementing security measures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access, breaches, and cyber threats, including encryption, access controls, and data masking techniques.
- ** Data Architecture Design**: Defining the overall data architecture strategy and roadmap, including the selection of appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to support current and future business needs.
- ** Data Warehousing**: Designing and building data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting requirements, including data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data storage optimization.
- ** Data Migration**: Planning and executing data migration projects to transfer data between systems, platforms, or cloud environments while minimizing downtime, data loss, and disruption to business operations.
- ** Performance Optimization**: Identifying and resolving performance issues related to data storage, retrieval, processing, and analysis through database tuning, indexing, partitioning, and other optimization techniques.
- ** Collaboration**: Collaborating with stakeholders, including business users, analysts, developers, and IT teams, to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between data architecture solutions and business objectives.
- ** Documentation**: Creating and maintaining documentation, such as data dictionaries, data lineage diagrams, and technical specifications, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure the integrity of the data architecture.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Staying informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in data management and architecture, and recommending improvements or enhancements to existing systems and processes.
