Hiring for leading app-based toy library, dedicated to spreading joy and fostering learning through an extensive selection of toys. We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to contribute to our platform's expansion.
**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Manager, you'll drive revenue growth through strategic sales plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams and attending events as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and foster client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing to attract new customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Provide market insights to enhance offerings.
- Monitor sales metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience.
- Strong grasp of sales techniques and customer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or subscription-based industry preferred.
**Location**: Multiple (Immediate Joining Preferred)
**Additional Information**:
Involves constant communication with clients and event attendance.
Includes the need to travel.
Pay: ₹9,322.88 - ₹39,890.16 per month
