**Role: Claim & Care Coordinator**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate for faster approval of claims for cashless and reimbursement claims
- Connect with customers whose claims are assigned to CCC. Enquire about their health, understand their requirements, and help them in finishing formalities around claim submission either in hospital or post-discharge reimbursement
- Interact with customers to solve their problems, in case reach out to internal stakeholders to solve client problems or queries.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by the organization.
