**Job Description: Organizational Development Facilitator**

**Location: Pune**

**Position Overview**:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Organizational Development (OD) Facilitator to join our dynamic team in Pune. As an OD Facilitator at Repos Energy, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our organizational culture, values, and soft skills through engaging and impactful training programs. We are looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience in organizational development, training, or related fields, who can inspire and empower our employees to reach their full potential.**Responsibilities:
**Transformative Training Delivery**: Develop and deliver innovative and interactive training programs on Repos Energy's culture, values, soft skills, and other critical areas, fostering a positive and high performance work environment.**Facilitation Mastery**: Utilize proven facilitation techniques to create an inclusive and collaborative learning environment, ensuring active participation and knowledge retention among participants.**Needs Assessment and Customization**: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within Repos Energy, tailoring training programs to address specific requirements and objectives.**Impact Measurement**: Implement effective evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously enhance the quality of our offerings.**Change Management Support**: Assist in change management initiatives by facilitating workshops, team-building activities, and discussions that promote a smooth transition and foster employee engagement during periods of organizational change. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in organizational development and training, incorporating innovative approaches and leveraging technology to elevate the effectiveness of our training initiatives.**Collaborative Relationships**: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, leadership, and teams across Repos Energy, to understand their unique training needs and align training programs with their goals.**Data-Driven Insights**: Analyze key training metrics and prepare comprehensive reports to provide data-driven insights, demonstrating the impact of training programs and their contribution to our organizational objectives.**Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in organizational development, training, or a related field, preferably within the energy industry or a similar fast-paced environment.- Exceptional facilitation skills, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles and experiential learning techniques.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas in a clear and engaging manner.- Proven experience designing and delivering impactful training programs on organizational culture, values, soft skills, and other relevant topics. Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies to support organizational change initiatives and enhance employee adoption. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.- Proficiency in utilizing training tools, technologies, and e-learning platforms to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships, influence others, and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
