ABOUT PROJECT BEACON:
LSEG are embarking on a finance transformation programme, delivering our finance vision and transforming the way we work to create new value and deliver sustainable growth for the business. The programme shall drive efficiencies and maximise benefits for LSEG by moving to a single cloud-based enterprise resource planning and performance management supplier for billing and accounting.

ROLE PROFILE
ROLE SUMMARY
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Overall Technology Lead, accountable for the design & build of the overall ERP process solution for financial control (including all Key Design Decisions and new policies)
- Ownership of approach for and delivery of an effective data reconciliation effort
- Sponsor technology readiness and working with the GPOs for business deployment
- Manage the functional running of the Oracle EBS
- Ensure coherent integration with wider Fusion Platform
- Functional/ Technical SME
- Business Workflow Configuration
- Functional Configurators within SaaS
- Accountable for projects within capabilities
- Level 3/4 Run accountabilities
- Own the Service underpinning Business Outcomes
- Technical design and development
- Functional design and configuration
- Simplify and improve experience of fellow technology teams and users in adopting platform capabilities
- Lead release validation and associated governance across multiple capability teams and user groups
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong previous experience working in Oracle-based implementations, including OCI and Fusion platforms
- Experience of working with systems in Finance domain: Accounting, Sub-ledgers and General Ledgers, Finance Performance and Analytics
- Experience in Oracle finance platforms for ERP
- Should have functional / business knowledge on financial products
- Flexible and adaptable
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience handling products on different solution models (SaaS, PaaS, managed service etc.)
- Proven track record of using industry standard processes and frameworks
Preferred:
- Experience working financial services or similar regulated organisations
- Experience of working in global organisations and sophisticated post-merger integration programmes with significant business impact
