The Finance Business Partner (FBP) is a pivotal role for the Group Technology Function, providing transparency on the overall spend across the Group. The Finance Business Partner will be required to develop a reporting suite and establish regular reporting of actual and planned spend. This role will partner with the Group & business unit Technology teams, Group Finance and business unit finance teams across Travelopia.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Handle the month end reporting cycle for Group Technology to ensure actual and planned spend is supervised and controlled in line with expectations. Develop an efficient process across the group to enable timely and insightful review of Technology spend. A suite of reports to include key drivers of spend including, people and 3rd party services and solutions.
- Supervise IT project spend across the group. Develop the monthly reporting suite to provide information on annual, committed and project spend. Support the Group PMO & Technology leadership teams to supervise and supervise the delivery of projects on time and in full, supervising delivery costs and project benefits.
- Build a suite of Technology reports utilising SAP Analytics Cloud, to improve the speed, understanding and accessibility of the key reports.
- Manage the Technology case approval process in line with the Groups approval limits. Work with the Technology and Finance teams to drive a step change in the quality and assessment of cases, obtaining a full understanding of delivery costs and benefits.
- Lead the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for Group Technology spend, understanding the key drivers and initiatives. Track and supervise Technology risks and opportunities.
- Business Partnering with the group tech team to build a full understanding of the Technology cost base, key cost drivers. Working alongside colleagues to support the identify and delivery of cost savings and procurement benefits.
- Support the Head of Procurement and the IT leadership team to continuously review and manage supplier contracts and supporting the procurement process.
- Business Partnering Travelopia Group & Business Unit Technology teams.
- Regular review of reporting and accounting processes and procedures to optimise accounting process, ensuring the Technology team adopt the processes.
- Support and manage the Technology recharging process, to promote transparent and meaningful spend analysis by business unit.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Qualified finance professional with a demonstrated ability in industry / commerce
- Proven experience with business intelligence tool(power BI or Tableau)/any business intelligence tool
- Ability to build strong working relationships and connect with people at all levels across the business.
- Previous experience of business partnering within a portfolio of international companies
- Able to work independently across Group business divisions and functions.
- Hands on with good attention to detail and desire for accuracy, and to deal with ambiguity.
- Excellent excel and analysis skills, experience delivering reports from a Business Intelligence tool would be advantageous.
- Previous experience of working on IT/Group projects
