**Job Summary**:As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects within the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in technology and project management, looking to gain practical experience in the IT industry. You will work closely with IT project managers and team members to ensure successful project delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for IT projects.

Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure seamless project execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and system administrators, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding milestones, risks, and issues.

Assist in preparing project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and technical specifications.

Participate in project meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance IT project management practices within the organization.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Basic understanding of IT project management principles and methodologies.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management tools is a plus.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve project-related issues.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Any relevant certifications or internships in project management or IT will be advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹10,171.35 - ₹37,330.73 per month
