**Your Role**

**Material Master Data Steward (MMDS)**
- Global and local part creation and amendment
- Collaboration with GECIA, CTS Product Managers, Logistics and Sourcing
- Gather the information on business dimension, rate group, shop on
- line access, material price group etc.
- Purchase information records, source list (Vendor related detail), GIM flag, MRP etc.
- HSN code and GST tax category. shelf Life, generic name.
- MDM updating in coordination with engineering and product support manager.
- Coordination with MDM hub and IT service provider Capgemini for SAP system related issue
- Handling the My Quest call from zone related to spares.
- Part Supersession and obsolescence
- Coordination with logistics and product support manager
- Proper updating of Std. cost in the system.
- In coordination with business controller update de std cost hall yearly
- Uploading of price in the. System in coordination with pricing manager (APP round - pricing upload process)
- Audit activity; Support to external auditor and business control team

**Central Order Handler (COH)**
- Call Handling
- Pending Order and RMA Reporting
- MDM Hub ticket creation for new equipment and shifting.
- Inter-company orders - Pricing and Booking.
- Indent Order Booking
- Monthly return order booking from ISC to ASC
- Material Allocation and Outbound creation
- ACBS monthly reporting
- BKU Logistic

- With Logistics
- RMA Status
- With Credit control team
- Support Centre Team
- MyQuest
- Internal Communication
- 1:1 Ratio and installed base correction

**Knowledge and Educational requirements**:

- Be willing to develop yourself by learning new skills and increasing your knowledge of our products, systems and the company’s market and operation.
- Ability to cope with large sums of information and to create, in partnership with a multi-layered organization, well-defined plans, which will be easily communicated and implemented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver messages to stakeholders at any level inside and outside of the organization.
- Must have a solid comprehensive of the compressor technique business, with proven sales and marketing experience in the compressor industry.
- Effective capability with a laptop computer MS Office software (Word, Excel, MS Teams), SAP & BPCS also.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as a valuable member of a team.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-6 years experience of order handling and logistic co-ordination for spares parts
- Result -oriented and experienced professional with proven track record of handling compressors for its repair and maintenance
