Location- Pune (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Master Data Maintenance: Execute and oversee the maintenance of material master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness according to established standards and guidelines.2. Classification Management: Classify materials accurately based on predefined criteria and maintain classification structures to facilitate efficient data retrieval and analysis.3. BOM Management: Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and align with production requirements and specifications.4. Routing Management: Manage routings, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and align with production requirements and specifications.5. Data Quality Assurance: Perform regular checks on base of checklists to ensure data integrity, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or inconsistencies promptly.6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the global team to ensure alignment and accuracy of master data across systems.7. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize master data management processes and systems, driving efficiency and accuracy improvements.

Technical Skills Required:

1. Proficiency in SAP ERP Systems:

- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (R/3 or S4-HANA) systems commonly used in manufacturing environments.- Ability to navigate the system proficiently, perform data entry and extraction related to master data management transactions.

1. Understanding of Electronics Materials and Components:

- Strong grasp of electronic materials, components, and their attributes.- Familiarity with various types of electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, connectors, etc., along with their specifications, part numbers, and technical characteristics.

1. Experience with Classification Systems and Management:

- Proficiency in managing classification systems.- Understanding of classification hierarchies, attribute-based classification, and maintaining consistency across classifications to facilitate efficient data retrieval and analysis.

1. Knowledge of BOM Structures and Routings:

- In-depth knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings, particularly in the context of electronics manufacturing.- Understanding of BOM structures, multi-level BOMs, variant configurations, and routing operations related to electronic assembly processes.

1. Attention to Detail and Accuracy:

- Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry, maintenance, and validation.- Meticulous approach to data management to identify and rectify any discrepancies or inconsistencies promptly.

1. Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills:

- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working closely with the global team.- Collaborate in projects, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
