**Java Unix Application Support - SRE - Rotational Shifts**

**About the team**

**What you will be doing**
- Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code
- Ensures system improvements are successfully implemented.

**What you bring**:
A passion for problem solving with strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience in Oracle & SQL Server Database
- Experience within structured Ticketing Management environment (Incident Ticket, Problem ticket, Change ticket and Service Request)
- Analyze Application logs, troubleshoot issues, determine action, and ensure -Application Environments work smoothly.

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Knowledge and Experience in WebSphere 9, JBOSS, OpenShift Container management is preferred.
- Knowledge in ServiceNow (SNOW), Dynatrace, Splunk required.
- Knowledge on Bit Bucket, JENKINS, REST Webservices are preferred.
- Knowledge in Networking/load balancer concepts
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
