**Roles & Responsibilities**
- End to End Technology hiring exposure
- Technology/Non-Technology Hiring in Investment Banking, Product, BFSI (others)
- Linkedin/Social Networking/Naukri/Hirect hiring tools using right search techniques.
- Roles and Responsibilities will differ as per experience/ expertise/ Interview performance.
- Project Account handling experience/ Customer Relationship Management
- for Client Engagement

Recruiters (Case to case basis, not mandatory)
- Team management exp. (case to case basis, not mandatory)

**Desired Skill**
- Good communication skills
- Excellent Inter personal skills
- Must be extremely well organized and methodical in approach to sourcing
- Preferably should have worked in consulting background
