- Greet customers and answer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively.
- Answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs.
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide administrative support as needed
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
