**Job Overview**:
We're seeking a customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role involves managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing crucial administrative support.
**Top Three Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting and Welcoming**:
- Ensure a warm and professional welcome for visitors and clients.
- Direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- **Phone Management**:
- Answer calls, take messages, and transfer calls efficiently.
- Provide information and assistance to callers.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Maintain organized records and assist with basic administrative tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
