We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Representative, Reconciliation to join our RECONCILIATION SERVICES team. This role is in PUNE, MH - HYBRID.
**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
- This role is responsible for data management & developing quant analytics in line with broader strategy to enhance reporting and use of analytics to drive tangible business improvement.
- It is techno functional role utilizing technology along with analytical capabilities and business insights to design solutions & drive projects.
- Provide analytical support and prepares drafts of standard and ad hoc reports for assigned area.
- Uses technology tools to conduct analyses.
- Interprets findings and prepares initial drafts of standard reports and prepares ad-hoc reports at the request of managers and/or other leaders.
**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:
- B Tech/ MBA/ Data Analyst
- Experience of 3 - 5 years in working on data and with leadership.
- Good experience in Data analysis, creating ppts and good communication skills.
- Understanding of tools like MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL, Python (preferable), Xceptor, Alteryx.
