We’re seeking a future team memberfor the role of Associate, Middle OfficeI to join our Middle office  team. Thisrole is located in Pune, MH- Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in thefollowing ways: 

  • Client Processing - IC2Performs routine and non-routineclient service and transactional supportfunctions. 
  • Provides analytics andreporting services, working to improve and automate transactionprocessing systems. 
  • Advisesorganizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service, orresolution of issue. Provides direction to lower-level serviceroles in the successful delivery of support or service. Processesaccount related transactions per scheduled events/clientauthenticated direction. Answers inquiries and resolves problems orissues. 
  • Assesses needs andsuggests/promotes alternative approaches to servicemodels.Participates in straightforward product development, productenhancement, and system testing to ensure that products continue toaccurately and efficiently process high valuetransactions. 
  • Solves problems based onan understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the system.Integrates in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding ofindustry standards and practices to provide solutions to internaland external clients. 
  • Manages situationswhich may require adaptation of response or extensive researchaccording to internal or external client response.
  • May be responsible for allocating and checking work ofsupport team members. May be responsible for specific supervisoryreview, training and approval actions.Contributes to theachievement of team objectives

To be successful in this role, we’re seekingthe following:  

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination ofeducation and experience is required.
  • 3-5years of total work experience is preferred. 
  • Experience in brokerage processing ispreferred. 
  • Contributes to theachievement of team objectives. 
  • Bachelors degree in finance or the equivalent combinationof education and experience is required
  • .0-3years of total relevant work experiencepreferred..
