Key Responsibilities:

- Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned monthly sales targets by actively promoting our products and services to potential customers.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to handle objections, negotiate deals, and close sales successfully.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, features, and benefits to communicate value propositions convincingly.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive advantages.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports on sales performance to the management.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to enhance customer experience and achieve overall company objectives.
- Continuously participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills and stay updated on industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- MBA or BBA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong passion for sales, with a results-oriented mindset and determination to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to influence and persuade potential clients while maintaining professionalism.
- Willingness to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems, MS Office, and sales software.
- Optimistic and resilient attitude to handle challenges and maintain motivation.
- While prior sales experience is beneficial, fresh graduates with an MBA/BBA qualification and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
