We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to run Recruitment Operations (RO) in the Human Resource Team. You are expected to set up business processes/improve existing processes and are willing to scale as leaders and strategic thinkers. You will own the Delivery of the RO Department including hiring process adherence, quality, and efficiency. This would involve leading a 2 tier team structure of Managers and Recruitment Executives and taking direct reporting of next-level leadership

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design and lead processes in the Recruitment Operations department
- Streamline existing business processes - Identify automation opportunities, Build visibility MIS
- Design new processes based on business goals
- Hire, train, and enable teams to ensure hiring positions are closed on time
- Define the direction for the team and get high-quality output from the team

2. Design & own department blueprint
- Design Building Blocks for the Department. Seek inputs from peers and get Senior Management onboard. Draft plan for operational teams and resources required
- Convert building blocks into a long list of actionable projects. Prioritize projects based on impact & delivery
- Modify the blueprint and processes when required to deliver better outcomes

3. Implement Processes
- Build required processes with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Try to automate as much as possible
- Define and set up KPIs to monitor the health of the project
- Ensure training of personnel involved and identify specific/periodic training programs if need be.
- Solve queries raised by the team. If similar queries are raised frequently, incorporate them into the implementation guidelines and train the team

4. Monitor the growth and health of the Department
- Define and set up KPIs to monitor the health of the department
- Set up a monitoring protocol and design MIS reports
- Identify New Projects from Department MIS and reviews.
- Proactively flag issues related to process compliance including non-completion of tasks, errors, and deviations from the defined processes
- Ensure all escalations by other departments are getting resolved on time
- Take regular feedback from the department head for the smooth running of the operations

5. Team Management
- Hiring and training of the team members
- Performance management - Annual appraisals, monthly performance reviews
- Ensure company policies are complied with in the team
- Grow top performers and plan for non-performers

**Requirements**:

- Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 college
- 3 years + of work experience in Problem-solving roles (business strategy, consulting, etc)
- Experience in the Human Resources department (specifically Recruitment Operations)
- Comfortable with data and numbers, and have an inclination towards data-oriented decision making
- Strong team player. Keen interest in mentoring & grooming team members and can work cross-department
