Job Description: Receptionist (Morning and Night Shift)

Position: Receptionist (Morning Shift - Female | Night Shift - Male)

Location: Chembur, [Prime Location]

Working Hours: Morning Shift (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM) | Night Shift (9:00 PM - 9:00 AM)

**Salary**: Based on current salary (Negotiable)

Language: English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujrati

Experience: 2 years (preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Morning Shift (Female)**:
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.

Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and cash handling.

**Night Shift (Male)**:
Manage overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.

Ensure security protocols are followed during the night.

Monitor and record guest arrivals and departures.

Assist with emergency situations and liaise with security personnel.

Conduct regular security patrols and ensure the safety of guests and property.

Handle reservations and provide assistance with late-night arrivals.

Maintain a vigilant presence at the reception desk during the night hours.

Perform administrative tasks and prepare reports as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Morning Shift (Female)**:
12thpass or any graduate

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pleasant and professional demeanor.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Fluent in Gujrati/Jain culture and traditions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills.

**Night Shift (Male)**:
12thpass or any graduate

Strong sense of responsibility and vigilance.

Ability to remain alert and focused during night hours.

Previous experience in security or a similar role is a plus.

Fluent in Gujrati/Jain culture and traditions.

Basic computer skills.

Good problem-solving abilities.
